London, Greater London, United Kingdom Kim Luxe Travel Full time £30,000 - £60,000 per year
About Kim Luxe Travel

Kim Luxe Travel is a bespoke travel design consultancy committed to delivering exceptional value and uncompromised experiences across all budgets. We specialize in maximizing our clients' travel investment by leveraging digital tools and industry expertise to craft seamless, perfectly planned journeys—from luxury escapes to smart, budget-friendly adventures. We prioritize efficiency, technology, and personalized service.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Travel Consultant to manage client relationships and booking fulfillment primarily through online and digital communication channels. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, proficient with digital planning tools (CRMs, online booking engines, virtual communication), and passionate about delivering high-value service efficiently. The ideal candidate can quickly transition between servicing a budget-conscious backpacker and a premium resort client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Client Management: Conduct client consultations and manage relationships entirely through digital channels (video calls, email, CRM platforms, and instant messaging) to understand travel needs and goals.
  • Value-Driven Research & Booking: Utilize digital booking tools, supplier portals, and GDS systems to efficiently research and book flights, accommodations, excursions, and transfers, focusing on maximizing client value at every price point.
  • Itinerary Delivery: Create, manage, and distribute professional digital itineraries and documentation (using tools like online itinerary builders) to ensure clients have all information organized and accessible on their devices.
  • Technology & Efficiency: Stay current with the best travel tech, digital marketing trends, and supplier booking platforms to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the client experience.
  • Customer Support: Provide swift, digital-based support for clients encountering travel disruptions, changes, or emergencies, demonstrating professionalism and effective problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional proficiency with digital communication tools, CRM software, and various online booking engines; ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and service both budget-focused and luxury-focused travelers equally well.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a remote, self-directed environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clear, professional, and persuasive digital correspondence.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary based on experience and performance bonuses tied to booking volume and efficiency.
  • Flexible, remote work environment that emphasizes results and technological proficiency.
  • Access to industry resources, digital training, and opportunities for discounted travel.
  • A collaborative team culture committed to delivering Maximized Value and Uncompromised Experiences.
