The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Talent Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level position, ideal for someone with a year or less of experience working with Talent, in entertainment, media, influencer relations, or a similar field. You'll play a key administrative and coordination role, supporting the Talent Team, within the Family vertical, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service to our Talent and clients.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Team, including maintaining up-to- date records and databases of Talent information, contracts, and project details.
  • Support with the coordination of gifting, shoots, and events - including logistics, call sheets, travel, and accommodation if required.
  • Help draft and distribute key documents such as briefs, contracts, and invoices.
  • Track campaign deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support smooth communication.
  • Research and compile information on talent, brands, or market trends as required.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the wider team (filing, organizing assets, updating spreadsheets, etc.).

*What We're Looking For*

  • Up to 1 year of experience in a Talent, entertainment, or administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office & G Drive.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in Talent Management, media, influencer marketing, or entertainment.
  • A basic understanding of various social media platforms.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and alone.
  • The ability to prioritise and cope with last-minute changes.
