The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Talent Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level position, ideal for someone with a year or less of experience working with Talent, in entertainment, media, influencer relations, or a similar field. You'll play a key administrative and coordination role, supporting the Talent Team, within the Family vertical, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service to our Talent and clients.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Team, including maintaining up-to- date records and databases of Talent information, contracts, and project details.
- Support with the coordination of gifting, shoots, and events - including logistics, call sheets, travel, and accommodation if required.
- Help draft and distribute key documents such as briefs, contracts, and invoices.
- Track campaign deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support smooth communication.
- Research and compile information on talent, brands, or market trends as required.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the wider team (filing, organizing assets, updating spreadsheets, etc.).
*What We're Looking For*
- Up to 1 year of experience in a Talent, entertainment, or administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office & G Drive.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in Talent Management, media, influencer marketing, or entertainment.
- A basic understanding of various social media platforms.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and alone.
- The ability to prioritise and cope with last-minute changes.
