Up to £50,000 base + 15‑40% commission

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead full‑cycle searches: client development, role scoping, candidate engagement and offer delivery
  • Place senior and specialised professionals across financial services and trading verticals
  • Build and maintain deep relationships in both client and candidate networks
  • Deliver high-value mandates with discretion and consultative skill
  • Help drive the strategic growth of your vertical within the business
