We are seeking Management Consultants with strong Business Analysis experience and an understanding of Capital Markets to join our change and transformation business at the Consultant or Senior Consultant grades. This role involves working on front-to-back-office transformation projects, delivering strategic and operational change for leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business and technical requirements.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Analyse trade lifecycle processes across derivatives, fixed income, and equities.
  • Support regulatory compliance initiatives (MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank).
  • Solution Design & Delivery - Collaborate with technology teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. Participate in UAT and system integration testing.
  • Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for middle/back-office operations.
  • Stakeholder Management - Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
  • Project Support - Contribute to project planning, reporting, and governance activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in change management, business analysis or project management within Capital Markets, or Capital Markets Consulting.
  • Confidence with BA tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and data inquiry tools (SQL)
  • Domain Knowledge: Trade lifecycle, clearing & settlement, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments (equity, bond, commodity, and derivatives).
  • Knowledge of collateral management processes
  • Knowledge of clearing processes
  • Experience in large change / software development initiatives in a BA capacity, dealing with developers and testers – preferably in an international context.
  • Technical Skills: SQL, Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), JIRA.
  • Methodologies: Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
