Who We're Looking For

  • General education with GCSEs in English and Math's.
  • Professional qualifications such as Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, OCR Text Processing Level 2 (RSA 2), NVQ Level 2, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong and proven experience in an administrative role within a construction or engineering environment.
  • Able to manage tasks effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

What you'll be doing

  • Administer and process payroll and timesheets, ensuring accurate verification and timely submission of data for Dalkia staff.
  • Manage the weekly timesheet database and coordinate submissions to the company.
  • Support and oversee the CTC vetting process, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
  • Collate, organise, and manage receipts, invoices, and expenses through the system.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external suppliers and key strategic partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, site financials, and labour information.
  • Identify potential risks or issues and promptly report them to minimise operational impact.
  • Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage meetings, appointments, and correspondence (emails, phone calls, and letters).
  • Maintain and update records and databases relating to staff, training, and projects.
  • Ensure company and project documentation is accurately controlled, filed, and easily retrievable.
  • Follow and improve document control procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.
