We're expanding our PMO capability in Glasgow and are seeking a
PMO Analyst
who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is key to ensuring our Project Services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain visibility of project status, risks, and service levels.
- Support client reporting, account planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate meetings, training, and documentation for key projects.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to project methodology development.
- Provide administrative support and ensure SLA adherence.
You'll bring:
- Strong analytical thinking and clear communication.
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Collaborative spirit and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in PMO or project support roles, ideally in recruitment or complex environments.
