We are delighted to invite motivated and passionate individuals to apply for the role of Community Services Manager at StRaphael's Hospice in Cheam, serving the vibrant communities of Merton and Sutton. This permanent full-time role (37.5 hrs per week / pay band: 8a AfC) offers a meaningful leadership opportunity to oversee and develop the hospice's community palliative care services, working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to support patients and families in their homes or local settings.

At St Raphael's Hospice, we work closely with patients and those important to them, providing:

  • Expert pain and symptom management
  • Emotional and psychological support
  • Specialist advice to GPs, District Nurses, and other professionals
  • Access to other key services through effective signposting
