What Youll Be Doing
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff and client-facing teams
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
- Respond to client queries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive data with discretion
- Assist in streamlining internal processes and improving service delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

- Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling tools
- Understanding of occupational health or clinical environments (a plus, not essential)
