We're looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven, and creatively fearless Chief Marketing Officer to lead OGT into its next phase of growth. Someone who can turn insight into action, forecast the path to profitability, and lead a team that scales brand and revenue in equal measure.

About You

  • You've led marketing in a fast-growth D2C or subscription business, ideally within food, beverage, or wellness.
  • You blend brand storytelling with commercial rigour being just as happy in a creative brainstorm as you are in an S&OP review.
  • You understand demand forecasting, CAC management, and growth modelling inside out.
  • You're a builder, not a maintainer.
  • You thrive in fast, entrepreneurial environments.
  • You're data-driven, hands-on, and motivated by making marketing truly measurable.
