Description
Job Title: Exam Invigilator (Casual/Bank)
Salary: £12.50 per hour    We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations, maintaining the integrity of the examination process, and providing a supportive environment for candidates.   This is a casual position, specifically designed for work during exam periods, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking occasional hours throughout the year. The next week of exams is scheduled to begin on 4th November 2025.

Key Responsibilities - Ensuring candidates adhere to examination board rules and regulations, as well as college guidelines - Setting up examination venues and organising necessary materials and seating arrangements - Supervising and monitoring candidates during examinations to prevent cheating or misconduct - Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials - Assisting candidates with queries while upholding exam protocols - Managing candidate attendance and maintaining accurate records - Reporting any disruptions or concerns to the Exams Team Leader - Assisting in post-exam administration, including the collection, security, and packing of completed papers
