About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Skincare Consultant/Events Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in promoting our brands to salons and their clients.

This is a field-based position that requires travel throughout Greater London

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute engaging in-salon events to promote Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ, et al. and Eventis. Promote and generate the iiaa feed, fortify, finish philosophy.

· Conduct product demonstrations and consultations, educating salon staff and clients on the benefits and features of each brand.

· Secure new salon partnerships and build strong relationships with existing salon owners and staff.

· Manage and prioritise a busy diary, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and event logistics.

· Track event performance metrics, including sales generated and client engagement.

· Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on event activities and outcomes.

About you:

· Experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a similar field-based role (skincare and makeup).

· Strong business acumen and experience in a business supporting role

· Proven success in product demonstrations, client consultations, and sales presentations.

· Flexible to work evenings and weekend events, work 5 days over 7.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
