About the Role: We are looking for Brand Ambassadors to represent NULTRAFITUK across communities nationwide. In this exciting role, you'll promote the brand, engage with people in your area, and create awareness of our products. You'll have the freedom to negotiate your own hours, work independently, and make a tangible impact while representing a high-quality fitness brand. All tools and resources you need will be supplied on a weekly or monthly basis, with postage, packing, and supply costs fully covered, allowing you to focus on making connections and spreading the word about NULTRAFITUK.

Responsibilities and Support: You'll engage with your community, provide regular feedback to management, and participate in brief check-ins to ensure you have everything you need, including resupplies of equipment. Each promotional activity is tracked, and those who generate successful reactions will be rewarded with uncapped commission pay, with potential earnings of up to £800 per week. The role also offers opportunities for professional development, including experience in marketing, promotions, and community engagement.

Recruitment Process: Due to the high number of applications we receive, our recruitment process is designed to identify the most suitable candidates and weed out those who are less than ideal. It consists of three stages:

  1. Initial Phone Call – A member of our recruitment team will provide a brief introduction, discuss your goals, and assess your suitability for the role.

  2. Video Interview – A member of senior management will get to know you more deeply, explain the company and role in detail, and answer any questions.

  3. Final Questionnaire – A short form to collect additional information and further assess if you're an ideal fit, ensuring that only the best-fit candidates progress.
