Brand Ambassador

**Duties**:

- Market and promote the brand to potential customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Assist with product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of the brand's products
- Attend events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for brand promotion

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
