As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our clinic. You'll help ensure our administrative systems are efficient, accurate, and compliant — providing essential support to the clinical and management teams so our practitioners can focus on what they do best: caring for our patients.
You will:
- Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the clinical and management teams
- Support appointment scheduling and patient communications using our clinic management software
- Manage and respond to patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person with warmth and professionalism
- Help to assist at front desk when required
- Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure data confidentiality at all times
- Follow clinic procedures and compliance processes carefully and consistently
- Support projects and contribute to execution of these
You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within an office or clinical environment
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva preferable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst being a team player
- Previous experience with office management software or systems is desirable
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.40 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
