The Role: What You Will Do

As a Live Influencer Recruitment Agent, your primary goal is to identify and secure creators who frequently go live and show strong potential for growth and engagement.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Actively search, both externally and directly on TikTok, to pinpoint creators who are regularly streaming live content (gaming, lifestyle, music, comedy, etc.).
  • Talent Scouting: Quickly assess a creator's potential based on consistency, quality of content, audience engagement metrics, and niche market viability.
  • Direct Outreach: Initiate personalized and professional communication with high-potential creators through various contact methods (DMs, emails, etc.).
  • Pitch & Negotiate: Clearly articulate the benefits of joining our network, including support, tools, monetization opportunities, and career growth, leading to successful contract agreements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track progress from initial contact to successful onboarding.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep Social Media Fluency: A comprehensive, working knowledge of the TikTok Live ecosystem and familiarity with other major social live-streaming platforms.
  • Hunter Mentality: A tenacious, self-motivated approach to finding and engaging talent, requiring little direct supervision.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively.
  • Results-Oriented: A drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals.
  • No Experience Necessary (Required Drive): While recruitment or sales experience is a plus, we are highly interested in candidates with a strong passion for the industry and a willingness to learn.
