Moog Aircraft Group is looking for a
Recruitment Coordinator
to join our
UK HR Shared Services team
and support our UK Talent Acquisition function. Initially this will be for 3 months with the potential to extend further. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience across multiple sites.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the UK Recruitment Team to provide end-to-end support for hiring across Wolverhampton, Luton, and Tewkesbury.
  • Review CVs and schedule interviews (telephone and onsite).
  • Prepare contracts and offers for successful candidates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, showcasing Moog's culture and values.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and HR colleagues.
  • Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Moog positively.
  • Proactive, independent decision-making to keep processes moving.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience with Workday ATS (or similar systems).
