Job Description:

HRA Recruitment is looking for a proactive, people focused On-Site Account Manager to join our team and enhance workforce management and client service.

This full-time position is based directly at one of our key client sites, where you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless recruitment operations and a positive experience for both candidates and the client.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the client site.

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and permanent roles, ensuring timely fulfilment.

  • Providing on-site support to candidates and the temporary workforce, including onboarding, inductions, check-ins, and performance monitoring.

  • Forecasting staffing needs and proactively planning resource levels in line with client demands.

  • Delivering weekly reporting, KPIs, and insights to both the client and internal teams.

  • Resolving issues quickly and professionally while promoting a positive workplace environment.

  • Collaborating with HRA Recruitment's internal teams to optimise processes and service delivery. We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or workforce coordination.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational skills.

  • Confidence in working autonomously while remaining aligned with wider business goals.
