Overview
We're looking for a Senior Digital Artworker to join our Creative Team and be a key point of contact for digital projects. Reporting into the Creative Artwork Lead, you'll help shape and elevate the Boden online experience – creating uplifting page layouts, designing engaging templates, and driving efficiency in how we deliver digital content.

With a customer-first mindset, you'll work closely with our web, trade, and UX teams to ensure our sites not only look great but also perform brilliantly. You'll bring fresh ideas, improve processes, and make sure our online communication always reflects the seasonality, style, and quality Boden is known for.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract
Location:
3 days per week at our North Acton office & 2 days WFH

What You Will Do

  • Create and refine homepage layouts, landing pages, and digital assets in Figma, ensuring consistency across all regions.
  • Manage multiple digital projects from brief through to delivery, keeping stakeholders updated along the way.
  • Respond to daily requests from the wider business, updating or adding pages as required.
  • Collaborate with Digital Content, Trade, and UX/Digital Design teams to deliver a cohesive look and feel across all digital touchpoints.
  • Optimise designs for performance across desktop, mobile, and tablet.
  • Continuously improve digital templates and workflows, aligning with business needs and Boden values.
  • Share best practices with the creative team, supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality digital content efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

  • Significant experience working in an in-house creative team or design/artwork studio, with strong digital expertise.
  • Extensive experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong eye for imagery, typography, and layout, with a portfolio showcasing a broad range of digital artworking skills.
  • Connected to digital trends in fashion, media, and the arts, and able to translate them into inspiring online experiences.
  • Experience building strong relationships across teams and levels.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders on best practice.
