This role is about turning complex travel logistics into strategic, seamless experiences that help businesses move more effectively. You'll be building meaningful partnerships, anticipating client needs, and continuously finding innovative ways to enhance travel programs. What You´ll Do:

  • Maintain customer loyalty through proactive communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions with WTW
  • Support client special projects, day-to-day requests, and resolve customer queries related to client setup and service platforms
  • Organize and facilitate Quarterly Performance Sessions (QPS), including logistics, speaker arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Facilitate ad-hoc MI reporting, with support of MI Analyst
  • Provide comprehensive user training for online booking tools and support weekly customer drop in sessions for travel bookers
  • Support implementation of new products, technology updates, and conduct regular Neo site checks
  • Manage service central inbox and support travellers/bookers with their specific needs
  • Coordinate external and internal document production and project support
  • Escalate and manage customer issues to ensure end-to-end resolution aligned with business requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices

What We´re Looking For:

  • Travel counselor experience is a plus
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt communication style
  • Highly organized with superior time management and ability to operate with a sense of urgency
  • Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Team player committed to collaborative work environment and knowledge sharing
  • Detail-oriented professional with strong follow-up and follow-through capabilities
  • Adaptable and flexible in handling diverse client needs and changing business environments
  • Customer-centric mindset with passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Quick learner able to rapidly understand and implement new technologies and processes
  • Experience in the travel industry and operational GDS knowledge
