We are looking for a confident and motivated outbound caller to contact care homes, nursing homes, and supported living services to introduce our healthcare staffing service and help bring new clients on board. You will be speaking directly with managers and decision makers, building relationships, and opening new opportunities for the agency.

About the Role

Our agency supplies nurses, carers, and support workers across the UK. Your focus will be high volume outbound calls, follow ups, and booking conversations for senior leadership. This is a remote, commission only role with strong earning potential for someone who enjoys sales and wants to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities


• Make outbound calls to care homes, nursing homes, and supported living services


• Introduce our staffing solutions and explain our service clearly


• Send follow up emails and book calls or meetings


• Keep all activity and leads updated in HubSpot CRM


• Use a VoIP dialer for consistent outbound calling


• Build relationships with managers and owners


• Support pricing and contract discussions when required


• Nurture prospects through the sales pipeline

What We Are Looking For


• Experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or homecare is helpful but not essential


• Strong phone communication skills and confidence with cold calling


• Good relationship building and negotiation skills


• Comfortable working independently from home


• Motivated by commission and targets


• HubSpot CRM or VoIP experience is a bonus but training is provided
