At Aspire Systems Cardiff we're development people. We build brilliant and complex software solutions and make it look super easy. We have an opportunity available for an Office and Facilities Manager to join us for ten-months on a fixed-term contact, December 2025 until September 2026.

We're based in a great location in the centre of Cardiff. Due to the nature of the role, this position is 100% office based. We know to create the best technology we need the best people, so we make a real effort to make Aspire Systems Cardiff not only a great place to work but a place where our people can do amazing things. The Office and Facilities Manager role is key to helping us achieve this ethos.

The role:

  • Management of internal events and budgets.

  • Management of engagement activities and internal communications.

  • Assisting with HR and recruitment activities.

  • Ensuring the office environment is welcoming, presentable, secure and safe for guests and staff at all times.

  • Site health and safety management.

  • Site security management, ensuring that the site is secure and compliant with the requirements of our ISO 27001 security management system.

  • Facilities management, including onsite infrastructure.

  • Line management of Office Assistant.

  • General administration as and when required by the company directors.

Essential skills:

  • Experience managing health and safety in an office environment.

  • Experience managing front-of-house experience.

  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate.

  • Proven experience of self-management.

  • Working experience of basic office IT and infrastructure equipment.

Desirable but not essential skills:

  • Experience working within ISO 9001 and 27001 organisations.

  • Experience with HR in a supporting capacity.

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours), Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:30.

  • Cardiff CF10: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
