The Opportunity
This is a sector-defining role for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of culture, commercial delivery, and product & customer experience. You'll lead a cross-organisational programme of change that integrates proposition development, people experience, food & beverage innovation, and brand alignment—all underpinned by robust governance and a passion for people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-stream change programme that transforms how we work, serve, grow and spark joy —across brand culture, proposition, people experience, and food & beverage.
- Develop and evolve our proposition to reflect changing customer needs, market trends, and brand ambition.
- Identify and activate business growth opportunities, working closely with commercial, brand, and operational teams.
- Drive efficiency in delivery, ensuring change programmes are executed on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
- Embed governance frameworks that support agile decision-making, risk management, and stakeholder accountability.
- Build a culture of change, empowering our people to lead, adapt, and thrive through transformation.
- Enhance customer and client experience by aligning every change initiative with our brand promise and service ethos.
