Dental Receptionist/Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Dental Receptionist to join a superb private practice in Bicester Oxfordshire. Working Wed/Thur 9am-5.30pm, Fri 9am-1pm and every Saturday 9am-3pm.
We are ideally looking for someone with experience of working as a receptionist previously, the previous dental experience would be an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided.
You must have exceptional communication skills, well presented and a personable approach to patients and clients. As the Dental Receptionist, your duties will be to:
Take responsibility on reception, answering patient queries and managing the practice diary.
Be responsible for general administration, clerical support.
Arrange and rearrange appointments.
Write letters as required by the clinician.
Manage and develop non-clinical aspects of patient/customer care.
Ensure smooth and efficient running of the premises and equipment.
Be responsible for clinicians diary management.
Ensure patient records are accurate and well maintained.
Ensure waiting area is kept tidy at all times.
To be a successful Dental Receptionist you will have the following skills and experience:
Good all-around skills particularly administration, planning, delegation and task management.
Computer Literate, familiar with MSOffice Software of Excellence.

In return, the Dental Receptionist will receive a competitive salary dependent on experience, with further rewards offered as the business grows.

Pay: £12.25-£13.00 per hour
