Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in financial management, and experience in human resources. This role is pivotal in ensuring the practice runs smoothly while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
  • Supervise staff, including Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Nurses, and Receptionists, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable to ensure the financial health of the practice.
  • Implement and maintain human resources policies, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and compliance.
  • Ensure that all dental procedures comply with relevant regulations and standards of care.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a dental practice is preferred.
  • Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports effectively.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of managing teams successfully.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using dental practice management software and other relevant technology.
