Flute Teacher

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. This role involves delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Duties

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Develop and implement individualised education plans for students requiring additional support.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance curriculum development.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behaviour.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating young minds.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From £35.00 per hour
