The Role
As the Payroll Administrator, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end payroll process running on a 4-weekly cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Processing payroll for 1000+ employees
- Calculating hours using an internal time & attendance system
- Submitting RTI information
- Processing starters, leavers and employee changes
- Handling payroll adjustments
- General administrative duties and incoming call handling
- Payroll processing on Sage Payroll
- This is very much a hands-on role where you'll manage payroll independently, but still be part of a supportive office team.
What We're Looking For
- Strong payroll experience – ideally with high-volume payroll
- Confident using Sage Payroll (or similar systems)
- Excellent accuracy, numeracy & keyboard skills
- Able to work independently with good organisational skills
- Professional, confident telephone manner & great communication skills
