Remote, United Kingdom RAFT – Remote Apprenticeship Field Training Programme Full time

About RAFT

RAFT (Remote Apprenticeship Field Training Programme) is a UK not-for-profit organisation tackling the national trade skills shortage.

We help apprentices complete their qualifications and move into sustainable employment by providing:

Remote video mentorship from experienced tradespeople

AI-powered technical assistance

Digital portfolio tools for NVQ evidence and progression support

Our flagship initiative, RAFT Compass, works with training centres, contractors, and social housing providers to create fast-tracked training routes and bridge the gap between education and employment.

RAFT also channels social value and ESG funding into bursaries, tool and uniform support, and training centre development — helping build a stronger, fairer future for the trades.
