Working for one of the South Coast's leading new home providers, we are looking for a highly organised and professional individual to provide first class to support for both the MD and Finance Director as well as the company owner.

Working out of completely refurbished and centrally located office, you'll ensure the smooth coordination of their day, provide clarity on priorities, and help drive efficiency across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactive diary management – including managing travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating both internal and external meetings, visits and events.
  • Act as first point of contact for stakeholders – notably at a senior level.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.

What you'll have:

  • Experience as an PA / EA to multiple senior leaders, ideally within the Construction or Housebuilding sector.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and polished communicated
  • Proficient with MS office
