At we are a small but growing team with a mission. We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers as well as assist with the processing and packing of e-commerce orders. No experience is necessary but we are looking for people who can turn their hand to anything and get stuck in.

We're a young and fun team, looking for somebody to bring energy to the role, getting involved in improving our process and service to our customers.

Job Summary

  • 8am - 11am Monday - Friday
  • 1 weekend per month on rotation (8am -4pm)
  • In office role

The main responsibilities and duties include;

Customer service including;

  • Answering our livechat queries
  • Responding to customers via email
  • Liaising with couriers for missing parcels
  • Printing shipping labels for dispatch

Operations including;

  • Picking and packing e-commerce orders

The ideal candidate: We're looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment, understands the power of customer service and is able to go above and beyond to serve our customers. We need somebody who is highly organised with great attention to detail. You need to be empathetic and service driven. We provide the best customer service in our industry and we need somebody to help us continue this.

  • High organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in busy periods
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Reasonable IT skills (use of an e-commerce platform and courier dashboard)

This is an in office role, working in our office Monday - Friday 8am - 11am. You will be required to work weekends on a rotational basis.

The position is salaried including pension. Lots of opportunities for overtime.
