Associate Director, Data Analytics

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Extensive Package

Location: UK Based – Home working with travel to offices and client sites when required

Finance / Professional Services

We're looking for a hands-on Data Analytics Associate Director to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions for clients in finance and professional services.

This role combines technical delivery with consulting, from data warehouse design, dashboards, and KPIs to financial modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.

You'll:

  • Lead client engagements, designing solutions and providing strategic insights.
  • Build and implement data pipelines, DWHs, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, driving high-quality delivery.
  • Apply your finance knowledge to transform analytics across multiple projects.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has consulting experience in finance / professional services.
  • Is hands-on technically and has delivered data warehouse, BI, and analytics solutions.
  • Can lead client discussions, influence stakeholders, and translate data into actionable insights.

You will get the opportunity to shape a growing team, work on high-impact projects, and progress toward director-level roles.
