The Engineering Centre (TEC) is a specialist out-centre which is based just off the M62, it

has been designed to shape the engineering and manufacturing workforce of the future, and we deliver a range of apprenticeships and T levels to provide businesses with an effective way to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to join the centre as a Technical Demonstrator in our most recent addition the Industry 4 Hub.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team to deliver technical skills demonstrations to our Apprentices, T levels students and employers. The successful candidate will have a range of skills across: Robotics and Automation, Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Simulation and Design. This role requires someone who is a dynamic and innovative and creative individual who is willing to turn their hand to different challenges as we grow our partnerships with employers.

All team members contribute to the continued growth and development of the centre and its provision through engagement with key stakeholders and employers to ensure we meet local and regional demand for skills.
