Emily, our UK Country Manager and Virginie our Global Chief Sales Officer, have two big missions for you:
Your Mission1. Lead La Vie's growth across OOH & QSR
Be the driving force behind La Vie's success in the Out-of-Home channel — from foodservice wholesalers to the biggest QSR names in the game.
Manage our RTM partners such as Brakes, Bidfood, and Sysco, ensuring strong joint business plans, distribution growth, and smooth execution across our portfolio.
Lead our direct QSR partnerships with brands like Papa Johns and Greggs, nurturing relationships and unlocking menu opportunities that showcase the best of La Vie.
Be a hungry hunter — eager to win new business across both RTM and direct accounts, using La Vie's delicious and innovative products to open new doors.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technical, Supply, and Finance to deliver world-class service and creative activations.
Build and implement joint business plans (JBPs) with customers, driving mutual growth and visibility for La Vie across menus and channels.
2. Scale our Manufacturing Partnerships
You'll play a key role in making sure La Vie is not just a brand — but a staple ingredient in delicious meals and snacks across the UK market.
Collaborate with our key manufacturers such as Greencore and Bakkavor to scale our existing business and ensure best-in-class execution and quality.
Identify, negotiate, and secure new manufacturing partners to help La Vie enter new formats and categories — from ready meals to sandwiches and snacks.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Technical, and NPD to deliver seamless launches and operational excellence.
Support new product development that brings La Vie's mission to life in convenient, craveable formats consumers love.
