Purpose

We are seeking a knowledgeable and solutions driven , high performing
Business Software Consultant
to help clients by understanding their operational needs and implementing effective solutions such as Bright
HR, Health & Safety, and Payroll software & advice solutions

You will be joining a team that's passionate about making a difference and driven to achieve targets. As a high calibre Sales professional, you will bridge the gap between business goals and software by recommending Brights integrated business software solution to optimise efficiency, profitability and performance.

Hours of work

Monday – Friday (40 hours) - (Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm & Saturday 10:00am – 2:00pm (*
one in four paid as overtime)

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to the below:

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

· Engage thoroughly in your lead pipeline and ensure that you follow the business playbook and sales strategy

· Self-generate opportunity through social selling and prospect/client referral

· Leading from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BDM.

· Understand client pain points around their business needs , HR , H&S, compliance, workforce management, and payroll operations and map them to Brights product capabilities by completing the perfect pitch plan

· Be a trusted adviser to ensure a consultative and solution lead approach to product proposals.

· To follow our business compliance regulations & FCA guidelines

· Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs input & output metrics and business revenue target.

· Be a subject matter expert for Bright HR products and services

Pipeline Management

· Work with the BDM sales team to transition leads smoothly into opportunities and ensure high conversion rates across all campaigns you are allocated , for sales success

· Lead on the sales cycle – from lead generation, qualification, to booking the demonstration

Client Engagement

· Build relationships with potential clients to understand their pain points for the solutions we offer- HR & H&S Payroll needs

· Maintaining and exceeding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

· To add value by positively and enthusiastically discussing our company, brand, values, and products & services to ensure that a professional image is always provided to customers and colleagues.

Collaboration

· Working collaboratively with your peers whilst working collaboratively with dedicated BDMs to ensure high team performance and output towards your KPIs and targets

· Working alongside dedicated sales and training teams to ensure you are kept up to date on training initiatives and product updates

Key requirements

  • Consistent employment for two years
  • Experience in sales for scale up's or fast- growing tech companies a plus

· Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards working toward targets

  • Proven experience in self-generating and managing sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, skills

· Good business acumen, articulate, able to self-manage.

· Ambitious with the determination to succeed.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys and NICE) and sales engagement platforms
