Are you an ambitious and inspiring leader with the drive to scale a business and deliver exceptional results? We're partnering with a medium sized business services company entering an exciting growth phase.
This is a high-potential organisation, and as Managing Director, you'll lead the business through its next stage of expansion, working closely with the CEO and a talented leadership team. Your focus will be on strategic growth, operational excellence, and commercial performance, ensuring the business achieves ambitious targets and creates long-term value.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute the growth strategy that maximises market opportunities.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team across all functions.
- Drive commercial success, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, and diversification
- Active involvement in customer relationships and business growth.
Key skills & experience:
- Proven track record as a Managing Director or senior leader in business services or a similar environment of scaling growth in a blue collar industry
- Strong commercial acumen
- Expertise in scaling businesses and delivering transformational growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
