Account Director – Retail Marketing/Displays

We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join a dynamic marketing production team delivering innovative solutions for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams including 3D engineering, production, print, installation, and creative services
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure flawless delivery
  • Drive client meetings, presentations, and reporting to maintain transparency and confidence
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements for maximum impact
  • Mentor and support team members to drive performance and growth
