About the location:

Public Area Attendant
to join our team on a Casual basis.

The Public Area Attendant Role
The Public Area Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of all public space in the hotel, assumes responsibility for guest requests, and ensures that attention to detail is provided in all areas.  This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.

The Ideal Public Area Attendant Will Have

  • At least one year's experience in a related position is preferred
  • Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
