As a Public Area Attendant, you'll ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lifts, and guest-facing facilities — ensuring our guests always encounter a spotless and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas of the hotel

  • Regularly clean lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and lifts throughout the day

  • Monitor and replenish public area supplies (e.g. hand soap, tissues, air fresheners)

  • Ensure back-of-house areas, including staff facilities, are clean and tidy

  • Report maintenance issues promptly

  • Provide a warm and helpful presence when interacting with guests

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness standards

Salary: £13.04 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
