What We're Looking For: We need a trailblazer - someone with a proven track record in leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities. As the Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to outstanding customer experiences, health and safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of General Managers across a designated area.
  • Manage performance through effective leadership, fostering accountability and ownership.
  • Communicate clearly and transparently, ensuring a culture of open dialogue.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach, influencing sales performance and satisfaction.
  • Oversee health and safety standards, compliance, and day-to-day operational processes.
  • Proactively lead initiatives for continuous improvement and team development.
