As
Regional Credit Manager
, you will lead a Credit Control region, supported by Regional Leads, and work closely with the Global Head of Accounts Receivable to deliver key KPIs such as cash collection, DSO, and ADD. This senior leadership role requires a strong manager with deep expertise across the full Order-to-Cash cycle—including Billing, Sales Ledger, and Credit Risk. As a key member of the global AR leadership team, the manager will drive performance, resolve disputes, and support transformation initiatives while fostering team engagement and stakeholder collaboration across complex international markets.

What are the day-to-day tasks?
People Management
- Support strategic delivery with the Global Head of AR
- Maintain team structure aligned to goals
- Improve engagement through regular feedback and action
- Lead 1:1s and development planning
- Set and review objectives and KPIs
- Role model SThree values and leadership principles
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support
Delivery of KPIs
- Own and report on agreed KPIs
- Provide executive-level operational insights
- Monitor performance and address gaps
- Ensure compliance with policies and audit standards
- Track and report breaches and risks
- Maintain the Risk and Controls register
Stakeholder Engagement
- Keep stakeholders informed through reports and reviews
- Champion the Credit function's value and purpose
- Collaborate globally to meet SLAs and improve processes
- Build strong client and regional relationships
- Act on customer feedback to drive improvements
What skills and knowledge are we looking for?
- Proven track record in end to end collections and credit risk management
- Experienced in leading teams and managing credit risk
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Providing coaching, feedback and people development
- Strong accounting knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- CICM membership and multilingual skills are desirable
