Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate within our bustling and vibrant Signature and Arcade departments, you'll enjoy a package that includes a minimum salary of £28,834 + monthly bonus or commission, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store and restaurants.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions in our Signature and Arcade department including full-time.

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Sales Associates take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the "Art of Selling" with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits. 

As the world's leading luxury department store, our teams are curious, collaborative and ambitious. They are at the forefront of industry trends and strive to exceed in every aspect of the role. 

You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience, our teams are trusted to work with autonomy whilst ensuring; high visual merchandising standards, adequate stock levels and replenishment, championing our Harrods Rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys.

About You

You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail or hospitality, and have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients. You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies. 

You will also:

• Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure.
• You'll be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing that anything is possible.
• Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively.
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
