Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B marketing and digital strategies, with a proven ability to manage projects effectively. This role requires exceptional communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a keen analytical mindset to evaluate marketing performance.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign effectiveness and optimise future efforts.
  • Create compelling copy for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
  • Utilise Adobe Photoshop for the creation of engaging visual content that enhances marketing materials.
  • Oversee the management of the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for search engines.
  • Coordinate Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach and engagement with target audiences.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance B2B marketing efforts.
  • Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings and client pitches.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holds a current UK driving licence
  • Willing to travel 40% of role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; knowledge of IT systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on copywriting proficiency.
