We are part of a family owned construction company which has grown to be a market leading UK construction and infrastructure support services group who work with some of the world’s largest companies and leading UK public sector bodies to deliver prestigious, complex and challenging construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.

**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing Associate, you'll be the driving force behind our team's success, spearheading essential support for a myriad of projects.

You will have all well-rounded marketing experience, executing marketing campaigns, driving results for 9 companies, and assisting with the development of marketing materials. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Harrow, however, a hybrid option is available.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the purpose, services and strategies of each company
- Ability to assist with project managing and delegating work when necessary.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, prospect information and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Create content and graphics for different channels and materials.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Support the marketing team in coordinating events and ordering merchandise if required.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, website and social media accounts.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, make payments, keeping records and organising files and documents.

**Skills and experience desired**:

- Experience with creative suite package (InDesign, Photoshop) and strong general IT skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage people if needed.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, persistent and professional attitude.
