Fineline Bedrooms & Kitchens Ltd have a vacancy for a Sales Designer.

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join an award winning, expanding company. We are currently looking for someone with a passion for design and sales to join our team in Warrington. The position is full time with a competitive basic salary and sales commission incentive.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Outstanding customer relationship management is an essential requirement for the role
  • You will have a flair for design, but are able to listen and act on customer requirements
  • You will be able to interpret customer vision via CAD design
  • You will be expected to deliver on sales targets and set margins
  • You must be target driven and strive to reach / excel
  • The successful candidate will be able to drive their own sales leads and work hard to achieve the commission targets that are there to be earned
  • You must be a team player who will work closely with all colleagues to ensure a smooth running of the day to day operations in store
  • The successful candidate will be presentable, confident and personable, this role will involve visits to customers' homes so professionalism is essential
  • Previous Kitchen and Bedroom design experience is essential, individual personal development plan will be put in place to support the successful candidate to flourish within the company

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Full product knowledge training will be provided, both in house and external
  • Experience in Kitchen and Bedroom design, planning, pricing and sales is essential
  • Articad or similar CAD software package experience is essential
  • Knowledge of EQ would be an advantage

Benefits:

  • Working in a great showroom with a fantastic product and team
  • £22,000 basic plus generous commission / bonus
  • OTE £35,000 - £42,000 plus
  • Job Type: Full-time

About the candidate:

  • Must be within an easy commute of Fineline, Warrington
  • Have a full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Have at least 3 years experience in Kitchen and Bedrooms sales/design
  • Working hours will be Tuesday to Saturday (9.30 to 5.30 mid-week and 10-4 weekend)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
