Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centred digital experiences across multiple platforms.

Duties

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, adhering to design patterns and responsive web design principles.
  • Analyse user feedback, data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and business requirements to inform design improvements.
  • Create information architecture diagrams and interaction flows that enhance user experience.
  • Support product development through requirements gathering, wireframing, data visualisation, and user acceptance testing processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in UX/UI design, including accessibility standards and usability best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, interaction design, and UI/UX principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools including Figma, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques for presenting complex information clearly.
  • Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), APIs integration, requirements gathering processes, and user research methodologies.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams including developers using tools like Trello, Jira or SharePoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in delivering high-quality designs that prioritise usability and accessibility standards.
