About the Role

EET Retail, part of EET Fuels (Essar Oil UK), is at the forefront of supplying and managing fuel across a diverse network of forecourts throughout the UK. The team is responsible for signing up new retail partners, managing commercial agreements, and ensuring seamless fuel supply and retail operations.

Structured around three key pillars—Business Development (BD), Operations (OPS), and Convenience, EET Retail are expanding their network of lease opportunities with individual dealers and cluster groups. The team ensure efficient logistics and supply and enhance customer experience through forecourt innovation and convenience offerings.

As a Graduate in the EET Retail team, you'll gain hands-on experience across BD, OPS, and Convenience. You'll support commercial negotiations, help optimise supply chain operations, and contribute to projects that shape the future of fuel forecourts and retail convenience.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Support the onboarding of new forecourt sites and retail partners
• Analyse commercial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
• Collaborate with logistics and supply teams to ensure delivery performance
• Contribute to retail innovation projects, including convenience store enhancements
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

About You

We're looking for ambitious graduates who are ready to make an impact. You'll ideally bring:

• A degree (2:1 or above) in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and think commercially
• A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A genuine interest in retail, logistics, and delivering great customer experiences
