About the Role

Looking to kick-start a career in Finance? Join our team and support business improvement projects that drive cost-efficiency, financial clarity, and operational optimisation. You'll support finance functions to gain exposure and help deliver data-driven solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support process improvements within finance and operational teams.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental business cases.
• Use data tools to monitor KPIs and performance trends.

About You

• Our ideal candidate will be graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a numerical subject with at least a 2:1 Grading.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills: experience with financial software is a bonus.
• Eagerness to learn and drive change.
