Shift Pattern: Day shifts, 10:30am – 10:30pm

Liberi Care is recruiting Day Shift Support Workers to join our Ofsted-regulated children's residential home in Tottenham, London.

You will work as part of a dedicated residential team supporting young people aged 10–17 with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them feel safe, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent emotional and practical support to young people during day shifts
• Encourage structured routines including meals, education, activities, and social engagement
• Promote independence and support informed decision-making
• Act as a keyworker, helping young people set and achieve personal goals
• Apply trauma-informed approaches to build trust, resilience, and self-esteem
• Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment
• Record accurate and professional observations, reports, and updates
• Participate in handovers, team meetings, and reflective practice sessions
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting children or young people in residential care, social care, or educational settings (preferred)
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
• Empathy, patience, and emotional resilience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and professional boundaries
• Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
