About the Role

In this position, you'll be a key representative of our brand—interacting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and helping create memorable experiences. Whether you're engaging with the public at events or promoting services in retail or field environments, you'll play a vital part in driving awareness and supporting our sales goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming and engaging customers with a positive, approachable attitude
  • Offering clear product information and assisting with customer enquiries
  • Demonstrating brand values through every interaction
  • Contributing to sales targets through effective communication and recommendations
  • Participating in direct marketing activities and brand promotions
  • Ensuring displays or promotional materials are kept tidy and visually appealing
  • Processing transactions accurately when required
  • Gathering customer insights and feeding valuable feedback to the team

  • Someone confident, outgoing, and great with people
  • A strong communicator who enjoys engaging with diverse customers
  • Previous sales, retail, or promotional experience is helpful but not essential
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Flexible and reliable, especially during busy periods or events
