Role Description
This is a full-time, remote first role in the UK for a Senior Sales Development Representative. The primary responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying potential sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. This role involves conducting outreach via various communication channels, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying new business development opportunities. The Senior Sales Development Representative will play a key role in contributing to The Martec's revenue goals and overall success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Business Development roles
- Proficiency in Hubspot, prospecting platforms, and sales qualification techniques (MEDDIC)
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Experience in the marketing technology or employer branding industry is advantageous
