Overview

We are seeking a confident skilled and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our team. Ideally we need a full time therapist but could make very short term considerations for the right candidate. We would like to welcome someone experienced in waxing, eyelash treatments including eyelash extensions, pedicures and gel applications on fingers and toes.

In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty treatments and services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. Your expertise in beauty therapy and commitment to outstanding customer service will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience. The salon offers an opportunity to grow your skills in beauty therapy if a bit of time is needed, but a commitment to the salon and providing excellent customer service is required. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently, ensuring a smooth appointment process.
  • Promote additional services and products that align with clients' needs and preferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven minimum qualification of an NVQ level 2 in Beauty therpay
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is desirable but not mandatory.
